Me: Im going to Makati with friends on Sunday and you can't come.
G: but why not? because im an embarassment?
Me: yes, terribly so. but despite that, i'd like to give you a christmas present and im buying it in from a shop in makati. And then we're going to a Sunday bazaar!
G: oh but i want to go shopping in makati! i need to go to Topshop!
Me: i don't know...
G: I really need to go shopping, i want to buy shoes and clothes.
Me: hmmm, maybe you can go with us to the bazaar, then we'll leave you there and you can go to Greenbelt Topshop.
G: Yes!
Me: okay, that's settled then.

cab ride from Persian place (where gracie wanted to have meat-dinner for a change) to Magnet Katipunan (where im taking grace coz she's only been out twice since she arrived in Manila 2 weeks ago)

Me: [Siiiiiiiigh.] why does it always seem like i never have enough time for everything and everyone? I need to see and talk to other people but how can i divide myself? :-(
G: oh, it's all my fault... :-(
