"crashed" a forum and got a new housemate.

Monday
went to same forum. and joined a workshop group of men. fun and insightful and not at all intimidating.

Tuesday night
went with 9 of 13 foreign forum delegates to baywalk, me and this pinay from another NGO. but she left me with the lot when i suggested to take them to malate @ around 10pm because i don't like the bands @ baywalk, so i was sole mother hen of 2 females and 7 males from then on. it was fun! i talked to ALL of them about various topics -- commitment and freedom; family obligations in Indonesia; health care in Nepal; absinthe; margaritas in Cambodia; Sambucca in Pakistan; spas in the Philippines; communism; cameras; environmental groups in ecuador; individualism in Holland; Manchester United; non-smoking bars in Ireland; dangerous places in Colombia; reggae; my life's ambition; the Water policy of this one regional development bank based in the country; grilled lamb, chicken wings and calamares and best of all, we danced! :-D

thursday night, im taking them to 70's bistro. and friday night, xaymaca. everyone is very welcome to join!!! (please....)

so tonight, really i should start on my real work and finish before the boss gets back from Norway tomorrow ;-)
