the universe "attacks" again.

last sunday, roomie rudie and i expressed some vague frustration about life. we both agreed we needed someone new to talk with. i said, kelangan ko ng bagong kausap. Someone who will not tire of hearing me say the things that I might have been saying over and over again. She said yes someone who is interested in all our thoughts, will listen to what we have to say about everything, and preferably, will have their take on those things too.

Me: you know what we need? A shrink!
Rudie: Yes, someone who will psychoanalyze us!

HAHAHA.

We laughed. :-D

No sooner than the next day, I get a call from this friend way back in College. A lifetime ago. :-) She was in the area and wanted to meet. We had coffee which was actually hot choco and green tea and walnut cake. It was fun. I can't say there was much psychoanalysis that happened but we really talked, took turns telling each other about our loves and lives. Very nice. :-)
