i didn't deserve that mean phone call from you and ill be damned if i let you get away with it! i swear i will scowl for the rest of the day until you apologize.
i was rushing to finish what you asked me to do this morning (something somebody else ought to have done except she's on leave) and yes, i didn't relay a personal information sooner, but it wasn't as if i was sitting pretty in the office.

and so, sleepless and starving, i cried. for the first time in 5 years, my boss made me cry.
then retail therapy came knockin' at the door.
